Bessie Mae’s housed in the old historic Dyer store which was built in 1892 by Mr. Dyer himself. Bessie Mae’s is one of the finest one of a kind collectible shops in the north Georgia mountains. Stop in and cozy up by the same old wood stove that kept Mr. Dyer himself warm on those cold winter days over 100 years ago. Take a short 500’ walk back behind the store for a look at some deep southern folk’s history as you take a stroll through the old historical cemetery behind the store.
