Helen Ga. Camping

Camping is not allowed within the Helen georgia city limits, however, there are a few decent spots for RV and or tent camping just minutes outside of the Helen City limits. Think this through, and make sure you choose a place that fits all your needs. When choosing a campground, a few amenities and conviniences to consider are.

a) A really clean and roomy shower
b) Is your site located as such that you are close to things that are most important to you (i.e. walk to a fishing lake, can you night fish at the lake you will be camping by, close to the City of Helen Georgia, close to certain attractions etc.)
c) Water
d) Electricity for your camper, usin a fan in your tent for hot nights, electricity to use for TV, small appliances and electronics, or blowing up air matresses to sleep on.
e) Feel of security
