Ok, if your wanting to visit Helen Georgia, but find yourself on a tight budget, this is an excellent option. This hotel is located in Cleveland, Ga., which is just about a ten minute drive outside of the Helen Ga. main drag.

No real amenities to mention here, just basically a bed, a freezing cold air conditioner, a shower, and a clean swimming pool, nutin fancy!!!

The folks here are friendly, and the rooms have always been clean when I've stayed here. No stove, no microwave, no kitchenette, just a small dorm size fridge.

One huge advantage is budget priced food in the area. There is a Ingles right across the street with a full blown deli and food bar, there is a Dairy Queen across the street, and the most awesome country food cafeterias Ma Gooch's which is less than one minute walking distance from your room, in fact, Ma Gooch's pretty much shares a parking lot with this motel. Ma Gooch's also offers up a killer breakfast with huge biscuits with your choice of meats seven days a week at a excellent budget price.

Like I said, it's a great place to stay when your on a budget.

So if you're looking to take advantage of all the fun stuff in Helen, Ga., but want to dodge the high prices of many of the hotels, and restauraunts, and you don't mind driving a few minutes into Helen, Ga., then this is a spot to consider staying.
