Helen Georgia Monster Truck Ride...

This didn't do a whole lot for me as an adult, but for the younger kids especially around the ages of eight to maybe fifteen, it's a hoot. For a minimal charge, you get a short ride on a very cool 4X4 monster truck. The area of the ride is short, you sit in the back on a bench seat and hold on to a bar mounted in the middle of the trucks bed, and do a few laps around a small hilly track.

The young fellows that own and operate this little attraction do seem enthused about making sure that the kids are number one very safe, and number two that they do have a good time. It will be interesting to see if and for how long this attraction lasts, but for right now, it seems to be doing quite well, and when you see the kids riding in the truck, the screaming and yelling tells you they are having a blast, and that perhaps this attraction will become a permanent attraction in Helen, Ga.

 

 

The attraction is located in the Helen, Georgia Flea Market parking lot.
